Q: When you’re not working what do you like doingīL: I enjoy playing tennis and basketball but otherwise working on myself in the gym, at least when we are out of lockdown. If I can change the way you think about exercise and perhaps open your eyes to the difference it can make to your life, that’s a win. Q: What’s your treatment philosophyīL: It comes back to making lasting change. I always found a sense of self-gratification when I could make a lasting change in their life by helping them into a routine of exercise – like a parent getting their child to eat vegetables.
